Methodist Home for Children is an enthusiastic co-organizer and sponsor of the Fatherhood Conference in North Carolina. Now in its fifth year, the conference offers workshops, training and speakers to help fathers build an active role in the lives of their children.

Our keynote speaker this year is Common, a Grammy, Golden Globe, and Academy Award-winning hip-hop recording artist, actor, film producer, and poet from Chicago.

Celebrity presenter Mathew Knowles, business leader, and father to Beyonce and Solange Knowles, will facilitate a dynamic workshop on “Fathering an Achiever.”
