Alejandra is working toward Master of Social Work at Western Carolina University, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree

Olivia is starting classes to be a nurse at Pearl River Community College

Megan is a paralegal working toward her business administration degree at North Carolina Central University; she plans to go to law school

Caden is certified to inspect motor vehicles through coursework at Wake Tech

Damonte is working toward his Master of Social Work at UNC-Wilmington. He earned a bachelor’s degree at NC State

Travon wants to be an illustrator. He earned a Japanese language certificate from Communica Institute in Kobe and he’s working toward an Associate in Fine Arts at Wake Tech

Jesse is working toward a welding certification at Tulsa Welding School

Luther is working toward Bachelor of Fine Arts in digital photography at Arizona State University; he recently photographed Paris for a school project

Kylie is pursuing a career in therapy, with the goal of helping children who’ve experienced trauma. She’s studying at Winston-Salem State University

Desiree is pursuing an animal science degree at Bladen Community College, with the goal of becoming a veterinarian. In the meantime, she runs her own crochet business: Hooked on Art
