Higher Education

The Hackley Education & Learning Program, known as HELP, supports the higher-education goals of students who’ve lived in our foster care, multipurpose and transitional living homes. Many of these young people have overcome abuse, neglect, and other childhood obstacles to finish high school and aspire to college or trade school. HELP provides financial assistance and mentoring to meet the individual needs of each qualified student.
