For a fifth year, the Scott Hannon Memorial Foundation will take dozens of our children Christmas shopping at Target. The children are in MHC foster homes, group homes, in-home services and the Jordan Center. The Hannon Foundation seeks to improve self-esteem and heal the hurts of children by providing hope, love and needed assistance.
